Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, hijans and any personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Faulty Items
If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Shipping Return
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refunds
Once your returns has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
